| Our food is delivered in refrigerated vans. Food can not be delivered early unless the client has sufficient refrigeration to maintain food quality. | |

| We do not accept orders on the day. | |
| All orders must be in writing. | |
| All orders must be confirmed 24 hours prior to delivery by phone. | |
| Final numbers are required, in writing, 48 hours prior to the function. | |
| A reduction in numbers or cancellation on the day will not be accepted. | |
| Payment in full is due at the completion of the function, less any deposit paid. | |
| A tax invoice will be issued for each function. | |

| 14 day accounts have to be arranged prior to the function. | |
| Credit card payments will incur an additional 2.5% surcharge. (MasterCard and Visa cards only) | |
